Reinstall Group Policy Manager

Hi All, We are three days into a new Win2k8 install and somhow this morning we had a BSOD that ended up corrupting the Component services, We cannot now use the Group Policy Manager. We have tried unistalling but it wont have it. Anyone got any suggestions as to a way of installing it again? We do have another Win2k8 machine is there any crude way of borrowing/copying files from the other server ?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic m8, i would be looking at why the BSOD and reinstalling from scratch.
