WireShark Help

As the title says i am looking for some help. I am trying to look on my network for conficker occurances and having trouble all i see is alot of stuff i really don't understand as this is my first time with wireshark. Can someone point me in the right direction so i can get the virus out of my hair.

Take a look at nmap the most recent version has a way to detect conficker look here
