PSR.exe for other OS versions?

So PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) has to be one of the most usefull tools in 7 Radical Development windows , does anyone know if this will run under Vista?

 

Or would anyone be willing to host the PSR.exe from 7 for me to download and try?
