Lazy person photo mosaic software?

Anyone know of one? I'm sure i've got something somewhere but at the moment its beyond me which piece of software it is.

 

Something free that i can shove a load of photos in and it generates something for me. Gonna use it for a CD cover.

Can Picasa do this? I think it can.

If it can be a collage rather than a photo mosaic, MS are giving away AutoCollage for EDU usage. Pretty sure Picasa does mosaics too, but never use it.
