How do I get rid of a Trojan on vist??

Need help. I have a kids laptop with and she has a trojan horse on it. What can I do to get rid of it??

try AVG free put on a formatted memory stick. If it can't install then format me thinks

Also run Malbytes anti-malware through it. Kills most things like that.

Don't worry. Going to wipe it and back up all the data. Why would you install "Lime Wire". Does make me laugh. It is in the agreement!!

Disabling system restore whilst removing is also a good idea.
