I am in a really I don’t know what to do situation.

 

Last year we bought two Digital Signage solution, after two weeks we decided we need TV card in one of the box so I rang the supplier and they send me a quote but I didn’t have enough money in the budget so I postpone the upgrade, few weeks back I rang the supplier again and check if the quote is valid and it was valid so shipped the box, but now the supplier is saying its not upgradable so what can I do??
