Exchange 2007 - Mailing list Digest Format

Does anyone know if you can set up mailing lists in Exchange 2007? We want one that collects postings between 8:31 in the morning and 8:29 the following morning. It then sends out the postings made in that time at 8:30 to all members of staff.

 

This will be used for our daily announcements instead of printing out a piece of paper every day with announcements on.
