Sony Ericson sync on Windows 7

Ok so WAB was replaced by Contacts in Vista and now it seems that that has been replaced by Live Contacts. The problem is that now the Sony Erricson sync center reports that there is no compatible app to sync my contacts with, I don't want to use Outlook and WAB used to work fine but is no longer installed on Windows 7.

 

I know you can back them up to a sony .dbk file but you can only restore to the same model and you can't just read the information.

 

Anyone have a good way of backing up your contacts from your sony ericson phone or do i need Outlook?

Maybe there will be something in the new PC Suite I used Outlook in the end, you would think PC Suite would have a basic app for this.
