Deploy Frontpage 2003 through GPO

I have just been given 2& copies of Frontpage FOC from Ramesys. I need to deploy this through GPO to 27 staff laptops. I intend to drop these laptops in separate OU to deploy.

 

Has anyone deployed this? We currently have Office 2003 on all machines and i now want to add Frontpage. Can anyone recommend how to deploy this? Office 2003 is part of our base RIS image.

 

I have looked don appdeploy and there is only one post about the deployment of Frontpage.

 

I have read about doing a admin install and also integrating the service pack as well.

 

Is it possible to have a vb script that checks to see if frontpage is installed and if it is stop , if not call a msiexec of frontpage.

 

I not good at script so would need help.

 

I know there is a msi but i need it to have the cd key in the script as well. I have looked for info from the Office resource kit but there seems to be nothing on Frontpage.

Gives you all the info you need to produce an administrative installation point and apply service pack 2 to it.

 

The you just allocate the msi via a GPO. Just done this and it works fine.
