macromedia fireworks MX - saving issue

Hi there,

 

I'm having an intermitent issue with fireworks saving work, some kids it saves, some kids it doesn't, im yet to find out if it's machine specific or user specific yet but until i find that out perhaps someone here might know of the problem.

 

The error that appears is simply "Internal error" after choosing the save location, every machine is identical so im assuming its user specific, though the kids with the problems are in the same OU on AD and in the same classroom with full write access to where they are trying to save.

 

I've looked at the adobe "support" page but that was pretty much useless. Any ideas?
