My Little Helpdesk 1.0.1006 Released

Just a quick update to let you know that v1.0.1006 has been released and includes a number of updates requested on this forum, full change information can be found here: MLH v1.0.1006 IS AVAILABLE FROM..

 

For those of you that already use My Little Helpdesk your upgrade will be made available shortly as we are upgrading our hosted customers first.

 

We are planning the release of the Asset Manager Addon for Sept 09 and as a special offer anyone how purchases the helpdesk or subscribes to our hosted service, before September 09, will recieve the Asset Manager addon for free (saving £100, normal price £250), exisitng support contracts will get access as part of thier software upgrade assurance.

 

This offer means that a full helpdesk and asset management solution will only cost £150 (on site) or £200 (hosted).
