prepping for bands

well I'm off to download in 2 days and have idea where to make a graph for the bands, basically they released all the times now and I want to create a graph like time line that shows when each band starts and finishes for each stage so for each day I can have 4 rows (1 for each stage) and have the bands displayed as diff colours so i can see the overlaps and times.

All got the mental image? Ric just told me its called a gannt chart apparently

right what program can I use/ how can I do it? or has anyone made one already? (last question directed at download goers)

lol no its going to be stuffed in back pocket so can read it when drunk and looking for who is where

 

 

the gantt projects seems simple enough but it doesn't seem to allow for time scales less than whole days only been fiddling for about 5 though so might show some thing else useful yet

 

 

and I have read your post on other thread and im not on office 2007 (though the vid is blocked anyway by county) and i cant figure out how to make it in excell.

MS Project is the main software for this kind of thing, or Open Workbench.

 

Or put them all into Outlook Calendar as seperate appointments, ignoring warnings about clashes, and you should get something suitable.
