Liberum Help Desk - reports no longer work

Hi

 

Been running this fine for a few months now but when I try to run the admin reports or search for jobs it comes back with no results.

 

Even if I specify a job number that exists it has no results.

 

The knowledge base is fine and I can view exisiting jobs via the "view jobs" option on the rep menu - just not "search"

 

has this happened to anyone else before?
