Admin office back up

Dear all,

 

Our admin network is a work group, which is not connected to our school domain. now we need a regular back up for those pc's (head, duputy, admin and reception). how do you all do it? incase if their pc is stolen they will struck as we dont have a back up for them. how about a web based back up?

what about a nas box. you can pick those up fairly cheap.

We use a NAS box, Pc's do a backup nightly.
