MS Office 2007 Compatibility SP2

I've downloaded the latest version of the SP2 and I've tried updating it with the MSI that's SP1, but I don't think it's working. I mean, I don't see the modified date changing to when the update occurred or what have you.

 

I've followed the example from the MS website to no avail and was wondering if anyone had any luck with it?

 

Here's the line I tried using to make the .MSI update to SP2

 

msiexec /a  "C:\MSOffice\O12Conv.msi" /p C:\MS SP2\O12Convsp2-en-us.msp

 

Can somebody tell me how to do it?

That should work.
