[ms office - 2007] Sharepoint Error

We are currently trying to synch the calendars from the LP to outlook for users here. Unfortunately, the teachers are receiving this error...

I have looked up this problem and found loads of possible solutions, but rather than sit and try each one, I was wondering if anybody else has come across this?

 

We use CC3 on XPSP2, IE7, Office Ent 2007(SP1)

 

It appears to function for those of us who are lucky enough to hold a domain admin account, even though the teachers are admin of the local workstation...so this is pointing to a group policy I would think...but I cannot see it!
