We are using ISA 2000 Server and would like to time block Windows Messenger

 

Please could you send me intructions on how to configure this

I urge you to update to isa 2004 or 2006. In this version you can easily modify the HTTP filter to block MSN traffic (can't do in 2000).. But beware there are many website that support webmessaging so you'll have a hardtime blocking those as well.
