Dos_Box Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 I've been building a media PC for a freind and currently have a Pentium D 915 2.8 processor in there. This may not be enough to provide the grunt it needs as it will be doing Blu-Ray\HD DVD, although it does have an ATI 3450 which should offload this processing. The heat that the Pentium D puts out though is a little disturbing and a cooler Core 2 would be a good swap. Does anyone have a spare\old one in a drawer they would consider selling?

I have one of the ATi cards with the unified video decoders setup, and will happily play 1080p on the PC, but would like to stream to the Xbox. That is currently just setup to play the SD movies etc. Gary
