Espresso Training

On one of our forthcoming TD days we are having a couple of hours Espresso refresher training. We already had the initial training where the lady came and talked down to us and generally got up the noses of all present :!:

 

Thinking about the future training has anyone experience of areas of the Espresso system that would be useful to receive, or suggestion of training that would be useful please.

Yes, ask why the content cannot be delivered to an ISA box instead of the ridiculously unreliable cachepilots which die once a fortnight?

Hi SpeckyTecky,

Make sure you ask to have a look at the new Espresso tools; they have recently introduced two - one to create lesson plans and the other to create presentations.

 

We have annual training with Espresso; the last session looked at getting best value so we explored the most recent additions however the session before that was very skills based where we made tailored resources.

 

We've had a couple of different trainers now; both have been really good at pitching the session to our needs and supporting us - they brought pretty good biscuits too! I know they do all sorts of training programmes; speak to them and tell them what your skill needs are and ask what they can offer to support... I quite fancy digital video editing next time!
