Physical access to a server compromises basic security which is a Data Protection issue (students should certainly never be in there unsupervised). Storing paper in a server room would present an unacceptable fire hazard.

 

Bloody hell. Thanks Chris for that award... better late than never I guess. rofl. I must have picked it out of the similar threads at the bottom of the last recent thread I was reading. I blame edugeek for advertising ancient threads. ;)

And with the DPA on top of that it should be a no brainer?
