Fronter help ***asap***

I have uploaded a file on fronter but the work is wrong and the folder has been deactivated. so i cant delete it. its very important

 

so how do i get round this. i need a good answer in the next hour plz.

What you will need to do is then, is contact you local fronter administrator. This woud be somebody in your school.

They should be able to get access to the folder and re-activate it or they can contact fronter support if they do not know how to do this.

 

The way fronter works there support is that they train upto 2 users in each school as "Local Administrators" these 2 people are the only 2 that can contact support for the school, and all staff and students within the school goes to them for support.

 

In our school, it was 2 of our ICT Technicans, so that might be a place to start looking for help

You didn't make that clear in your original post thus it was suggested.

I don't believe that you can becuase you have to be able to access the admin area to be able to recover it from teh main trash can and then re-activate it.
