Philips bSure LC3132 - Lamp Error Light

Afternoon.

 

We have a problem with one of our projectors, a Philips bSure LC3132. Powered off, turned on, sits there for about 5 minutes and then just flashes the Lamp light.

 

Cleaned everything out, it's spotlessly clean, and just put in a brand new bulb.

 

I'm afraid I can't find the manual anywhere. It could be because it's a Friday afternoon,...not sure.

 

Any suggestions anyone?
