it went from slow to stop half way though the day... I thought all netmans had taken out the internet from all downloading Windows7

they don't even tell you if they have fixed a problem that you tell the needs fixing urgently and you are told they will ring when it's done - 3 weeks waiting for a phone call from them now

Is it me or is the internet crawling today? I'm almost at the point of walking home and doing what I need there as the internet moves abit quicker (and I don't have a quick service at home!)
