ICT Technician

37hrs per week – 52 weeks per year

Salary: £20,092 to £23,976 depending on experience

 

We are seeking to appoint an excellent, dynamic and enthusiastic Technician to join our ICT team. The candidate should have a good working knowledge of Windows client operating systems, and Windows Server 2003. Any previous experience of RM CC3/4 and Apple Mac OS X will be considered an advantage. This post will include key responsibilities for maintaining effective service delivery standards, maintaining equipment, and providing first and second line support to our students and staff. You will be customer-focused and able to work well within a team. You will be a hands-on technician with excellent technical and communication skills, have a good practical knowledge of Windows applications and of wired and wireless networks. Some flexibility over working time will be required.
