Quackers Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Anybody seen any laptops with the 12" Screen and priced around the £300-£320 price bracket? (Ex VAT) I'm looking for laptops somewhere between a netbook with 9"/10" and a full laptop with 15.4" screen, the ones i find with 12" screen's are stupid prices, like around the £1000 range. There has got to be some out there and i'm being blind...
Crispin Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 We have several of these: Ergo Microlite 531 Laptop Although I should warn you we're having a few engineer callouts due to cabling issues to the screens but I believe they have sorted the problem now.
Arthur Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 The HP 2230s looks pretty good for a 12" laptop. It costs slightly more than your budget of £300 but you do get better than netbook specs.

I was looking at them a while back, but many of the reviews mention poor build quality and a certain lack of ruggedness, which put me off a bit. I agree though, first company with an affordable, quality, 12 - 13 inch laptop will be on a winner.
