E learning targets

Just wondered if any of you have to do this. We have to go round all the curriculum areas and set them e-learning targets. do any of you have guidelines for this?

I tend to meet with the Subject Leaders once every year and put together an e-Learning wishlist for their department. Its them setting themselves a target rather then us setting one for them.

 

In these discussions it allows me to hear where their departments wants to go and what they would like to do. From talking to all SL's I am able to point departments in the direction of others if they are already doing similar things.

 

It also gives me a bigger idea on the whole school picture as well as helping with putting together an e-Learning budget each financial year.
