How to alter new template

First off I would like to say great work on the new upgrade.

 

How do I add the color changer like what was in the rt_rokwebify template?

 

I have users that are dyslexic and have trouble reading from black and white. It would be nice to continue to have the color change feature.

We used to use the following

 

Standard background as default

Dark black background with green text

Yellow background with black
