PC Diagnostic software

Anyone know any good PC Diagnostic software?

 

I'm looking for something that will do memory tests in the main but something that will test memory, CPU Hard Disk etc etc would be nice.

For memory tests I use Memtest86.

Eurosoft diagnostics does all bootable cd.

 

Burn in test pro for windows based tests.
