Network Maintenance Schedule

As you probably all know the larger the network the more servers, the more servers more automated tasks to perform

 

At the moment i have a rather poor excel file that i use to record the day and times that maintenance tasks are scheduled. E.g

Backups

Volume shadow copies

Defrag

Exchange Database maintenance

Exchange Mailbox Maintenance

Scheduled AV Scans

Backup Jobs

DB regeneration (copying live to development databases each night)

 

I was wondering if anyone had a decent program to record this information. I would consider adding an extra calendar in outlook to do this as that would ne near perfect. Although their are issues with accessing it quickly and easily for multiple users.

I record my maintenance schedule in Google Calendar. This way, I can update/view it from anywhere and easily share it with other techs who might be assisting with a project, if needed.
