Openfiler — Openfiler Homepage Could be great for disk backups, testing clustering or whatever else you might need iSCSI storage for, plus all the other features as well
saundersmatt Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Good for backups or something similar. As fas as I'm aware though openfiler doesn't support iscsi clustering, so if you're looking for any kind of failover it's a no-no. Matt

pete Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 It's rather good - we're using it here. Just make sure it's fully patched before use - 2.3 had issues with high cpu after a few days if using Samba.
