Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst required for a leading recruitment group to provide excellent front office / database / db / crm / sql software support and customer service for local and remote users and assist with day to day running of a friendly and professional IT department

 

Responsibilities - Assist with the development, testing and implementation of any required software or design changes to existing software - Provide first/second 1st/2nd line apps support - Documentation in line with change control procedure - server logs / back up logs - General IT systems admin – backups, fault logging, co-ordinate with training department and general IT housekeeping

 

You will have experience of pure applications support, not infrastructure and strong communication and customer service skills, in exchange you will be working within a growing and professional IT department given training etc as well as a competitive salary

 

Salary £20-25,000 + PLC Bens
