rh91uk Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Hi all Apologies about not explaining myself well on this. Is there anyway I can force Outlook to look for the contacts from the outlook address book like attatched? Help would be appreciated thanks in advance!
RabbieBurns Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 I think thats just a history of previously used contacts. There is no way I know of of populating that with the address book contacts. Although it would be handy to know how to.
FatBoy Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Yeah it will only show contacts that you have used before, I don't think you can get it to show the full address book
Domino Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 they're governed by a NK2 file in the application data for the users profile. So in theory you could create a 'golden' image and populate it in all profiles...but is it really worth it? you'd need to update it all the time. Especially as a quick CTRL+K checks addresses in the address book....
rh91uk Posted January 5, 2009 Author Posted January 5, 2009 Yeah it's not worth it - but staff preference. but hey, doesn;t matter Thanks for the replies guys anyway
