Hi,

 

Does anyone do their own updates for Pegasus Opera II ( the finance package)

 

Our previous bursar organised it and they came out and did it for us but we are a little desperate and I fancy havign a crack myself.... just seems to be a foxpro DB so backing up and restoring shouldn't be too difficult i reckon.

I used to support Pegasus (7 years ago mind!).

 

The upgrades are easy, but you needed to copy the reports folder and possibly some other folders out the way first so custom reports and modifications aren't over written.
