We have just replaced an Epson 1100 with an HP 2025 networked machine. All is well EXCEPT for Serif Draw. The HP is not picking up the page settings for a serif picture and is printing in portrait no matter what.

Other applications such as Word are fine

HP say it is a Serif problem

Guess what Serif say!!

Anyone help?

It seems to be a function of the HP

When you look in the properties, there is a tab called 'finishing' which isn't there on the Epson 1100 we had before. You seem to have to go here and set it as landscape, which is a bit of a pain - the tech teacher really hates me.

Luckily I didn't choose the printer, the dep head did!!

HP make a few different Drivers, PCL and PostScript specifically for the Printer or their Generic / universal HP PCL Postscript driver, you could try a different driver see if that helps
