We use them. Very good knowledgable/reliable staff.

 

Do you have anything in particular you're thinking about for them to do?

We have used them since they started. They provide our support. Excellent Service and very friendly and helpful.

FN-GM - these guys are the biz. In the summer i used my usual people but had to use Virtue as i got a board from Balderstone. There install was 150% better and have now dumped my previouse people.

yeah we dumped another big comapny and went with them...The boss always willing to come and see you.

 

nice small company you always get the same technician so gets to know you and your setup etc.

You will probably find the board come from Heywood Community originally, we sold them to balderstone last year.

Another Vote for Virtue.

I like the down to earth attitude of them.

It was all about how they could help. Not what did they have that they could sell us.

We have moved our support over to them. You get to know the engineers and they actually DO phone you back.

Also this is the first company that I have delt with that DOES do the documentation on an install!!

When we have needed a 'rabbit out of the hat' they have been there to help us achieve it.

Its one of the few companies that I know that I can phone up and speak to anyone including the boss man and know that I will be treated with respect.

By using Virtue, I have been able to stretch my budget to upgrade nearly the whole school IT in two years No mean feat!

I would just like to say we have been using virtue for about two years now and like most people have said I have found them to be a great company to deal with, I can not say enough about there AV install team we have now used them to fit interactive whiteboards into over 50 classrooms here and we have never had any problems with them they even clean rooms up and put them back to how they where when they are done. Plus the fact they love to get on site early, even at 6:00am, we have had them install 3 classrooms with new boards and had the rooms back to how they where before reg started at 8:40.

We had them come over in Oct to talk virtualisation kit, installation etc. Very easy to get on with and put together a good plan breaking everything down as we requested.

 

Too early to say whether we will actually use them next year but first impressions are good.
