[ms office - 2007] Font Size not correct

Its a busy day for posting today!

 

I have a student using Office 2007, on her screen the text looks like pt16 - pt18 but when highlighted the text size shows as pt11. When the document prints is does print at what looks lik pt11 but it acts as pt16 - pt18 on screen, with regards to the amount of space it uses on the on screen page etc etc.

 

Any ideas?

change the view to Print Layout ?

You would think so but no, tried this it still looks the same as before.
