llawwehttam Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 a bit strange but i keep getting "invalid update binary file " popping up when avg does its automatic update thingy. Just wondering if this is happening to other people so i can take comfort in the possibility that i'm not the odd one out

gshaw Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Sometimes they do bring out a duff update but it's fixed within a day or so... if it happens every day then could be damaged install, or also if you're behind a firewall it could be that as it blocks the update file extension and AVG thinks it's corrupted... 1
