Web based print management

I had this amazing piece of software at my old school which logged printing in an SQL database and let me view this online, can anyone tell me any FREE software that does this in the hope that i find the one i was using. I am really sure it was free but not 100% i may have been using a trial.

 

Any advice appreciated as i am sure i found the software here and searching has only shown me paid products which manage printing not monitor.
