Exchange 2007 > *SPAM* SCL values

Quarantine Message:

 

Just curious at what level people are setting their SCL's to? I have mine set to what seems to be blocking the majority of spam, but every now and then it will reject a legitimate email. The next day, from the same address it might accept it...
