driver help for an esystem 4213

trying to help someone out and sort out the drivers for an esystem 4213 which has been downgraded to xp but has no video or sound drivers.

 

as far as i can tell its a sis chipset for the video, possibly a realtek for audio.

 

Cant find a website for eystem at all, ive never even heard of that brand of laptops. Google suggests its a dixons own brand or something.

 

Is there any free software I can run to diagnose which hardware it is and which drivers to get? Cheers
