Just a bit of info for those running IP phone systems (and a bit of a shameless plug:D) Ever since we had our phone system put in (3+ years) we have had some awful logging software that could barely keep track of what was going on, being cash strapped as we always are I decided to write my own. It runs from a MySQL database and connects to the phone system over IP. Unfortunatly we only have a single Mitel 3300 here so I cant say if this works with other systems (or even with other 3300's) so if anyone feels like trying it out for me, below is a link to the software: BaccyNet Networks (UK) Comments/suggestions welcome.
