I know I have these somewhere but can I heck find them.

 

I am looking for the document(s) that state what the baseline connectivity should be for primary and secondary schools other than the old one of "all schools should have broadband connectiity!"

 

Google and Becta's engine did not help, but I may be losing my google skills ...
