I sometimes send email out to either all the kids or all the staff.

Either general notices or requests, etc.

More often than not, I receive loads of replies to this message when I really didn't need one.

I know there IS a way (but I just can't remember how) to prevent the recipient of your email from replying. It either hides the "Reply" button or just stops them from doing it.

I'm working with Outlook 2003.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

If this is an account that is used just for sending out messages like this, which never need a reply, then you could make it so that the account can only receive emails from specified addresses.

I'm sure that is possible, just can't remember where the option to do it is right now.
