Nice idea, but surely to be as cheap for small gear, one of those wall mount panel frams that you can get for like £20 would do the job, or do my method, 1 1U patch panel needs 2 wooden blocks with nuts stuck in them for the bolts and away you go, cost, 60p for the nuts, wood was scrap
