ICT Support Specialist

 

I require a schools ICT and SIMS support person to pro-actively assist in the support of whole schools ICT to 1st and 2nd line level. A reasonable understanding of SIMS is essential although training in some areas will be provided. Must have demonstrable experience of taking ownership of faults and providing detailed helpdesk records. Communication skills are paramount. SIMS, 2003, XP, VLE, ICT, networking, schools, ems etc
