Server 2003 profile issues

Hi, we are running Server 2003 with ranger and at the moment we are having some issues with some software which means we have to delete quite a few profiles at once, but if we delete the whole profile folder, when its re created we then as the administrator on the server have no access to the folder until we take ownershipe of it.

 

The only files we need to actually delete in the folder are the ntuser.bat and application data folder, but to do this obviously we can only do one profile at a time, what we are looking to do is be able to delete this in multiple users profile folders or the whole folders on a regualr basis anyway, just to keep things fresh, but have had no luck finding a way.

 

Any idead anyone???
