Purchase logging software

At the mo I currently keep a record of all my purchases in an excel spreadsheet, stuff like when, where from, containing, what PO number, etc but I was just wondering if there was any free software that could give me a sort of front end and write to a DB?

Just a basic configuarable form that i can enter the details in that might also allow me basic report building.

i know someone is bound to say why not write something yourself but to be honest, I just don't have time at the moment, I'm forever running around!

We use an access database, does what we need it to.
