29 schools that have managed services said that the ICT was better than before

 

In all cases, the decision to adopt a managed service approach was triggered by some catalyst event (internal or external) which forced the establishment to objectively review its ICT services and seek solutions to resolve ICT and service delivery problems

 

So the 29 schools that were questioned have a managed service because the original ICT was so bad they decided to bring in a 3rd party?

 

As has been said before, what about the schools where the ICT isn't a pile of crap and managed services are not required?

more like 100% of management we interviewed put a positive spin on 'their' decision to procure a manged service.
