Sims CTF Import - Aspect not Found

Hi everybody,

 

First time I'm doing this, so bare with me. I imported a lot of the new year 7 students and some of the new other years students already (through Routines > Data In > CTF) but I am getting a lot of errors along the way. The most recurrent one is "Aspect not found for KS2, 2008, SCI, TA, AT3, NL. Result not imported" -- which means that I can get their results in the system. Is there any way I can do this manually, and then probably link to an aspect that I am quite sure which it is?

 

Is there any other way of doing this? Maybe I'm doing something wrong or else, since I am having to find everything by my own, I and all this I done so far was me looking around since there is not a single person that knows how to do things like this here.

The message suggests that the data isn't in the CTF file. If you have the KS info in a spreadsheet that can be imported through the assessment section.
