For webhosting I would VERY highly recommend:

Just to clarify this was a misunderstanding on "Wallgo"'s part, our servers are already very secure. However as he has a hosting package on a Windows package certain recommended requirements for Joomla/Moodle are not available. We fully support Joomla on our Linux Hosting.

 

Just to back this up - I went with CSNewmedia's Linux hosting and am vey pleased with the service so far.

I would also agree on CS New Media's hosting services, I have about 3 or 4 Joomla sites with them at present and they are all fine.
